The Cottncll of the City of Palo A:l to DO ORDAI:~ as follows:
That upor. rccormnendation of the Ci·ty Plann .. ng
Commiss.ion the following change of se1:back li.lle 1~ hereby
ordered:
That the setback line on the st,utheasterly
side of Forest Avenue be changt~d from
twenty-four (24) feet to twent:r (20) feet
for a distance of sixty (60} f~~et in s.
southvesterly directior.L from the :!.J:.tersection
of Boyce Avenue.
The City Clerk 1s directed to post a copy of this
ordinance upon t:b.e bulletin board at the City Hall, and the
change ·=>·f setback line shall be indicated upozt the setback
line map.
