The Council of the City of Pa.lo Alto DO ORDAIN as follows:
In accordance with the recommen.da.t1on of the City
Plar...ning Commission of the City of Palo A.l to,. the Building
Inspector .is hereby directed to grant a n.on-conf'orm.ing
permit to Mrs. Hilma C. Allen for the const!"uction of a
garage ~:Lt 281 Everett Avenue, observ:tng a setback line of
eleven (11) feet.
