The Cot:ncil of the C1 ty of Palo Alto DO ORDAIN a~: follows:
That duri.."'l.g a. blackout of lights 1n the City of
Palo .Alto, all persons shall comply with. the rulHs and
regulations of such. blackouts a.s adopted and as E~re in force
by the Net!:on:a.l Council of Ci v1lia.n Defense.
Any person violating the prov:tsions of this ord:t
