l. It shall be unlswtul to :keep or ma.1nta1..'1'l any
hives or bees in. the~ City of Palo AltoJ, e::xcept ln the
Agr1c.ul t·ural Zone 4
2. Any pe:rson, firm or co:rpore.tj.on v1o~ating the
prov1.sions of this ordinance s~all be de~emed guilty of a.
misdemeanor and shall be pur..ished es pJ:-ovided :tn Section
105 c,f Codified Ordi.l1a.tlce No • 4.
