The Cotmcil of the City of Palo Alto DO ORDAin as f'ollovs:
Sectio1:l 1. That the Boa.rd of Public :Sa..t"e~ty be and 1 t is
hereby-directed to establish pare.llel pa:rk:lng on The Circle and
on Un1versit;y Avenue from Alma Street to Cowper Street> and on
Waverley St!•eet from University Aven'l.!e 'to Hami.lton Avenue.
