1n Trs.c~t No • 168:
1. Tb.a.t the setback line Oll the southerly side of
Cha::)..'ling Avenue between Hutchinson Avenue and
Newell Road be establi.shed a.t 24 :feet.
2. That the setback l:L'le on the northerly and southel•ly
aides of Greenwood Avenue between Hutchinson Ave:r..~.ue
and Newell Road be established a.t 24 feet.
}. Tb.at the s3tba.ck line on the northerly side of
Harker A•.:enue bet¥;een H;Jtch.:tnson Avenue .e.nd Newell
Road be established at ;?4 feet.
4. That the setback li.."'le on tb.e easterly s.:!.de of
Hutchinson A venue betwe~~n Harker and Che.nn.L.'lg
Avenues be established at 16 feet.
