The Council ot the City of Palo .Alto DO OBJlAn~ as follows:
That; upon recommendation of tho. City Pl.amdng
Comm.1ss1<>n, tile .followi."lg change::1 1n set·be.<:k lines are hereby
ordered:
(1) Tll.B.t the setback l.ine on th~~ northeasterly
side of High St:t"ee,t, beg:Lnn:i.ng at the south
easterly line of ~ieva.da Avezi.Ue, be changed
fl"'om 16 ,feet to ll feet :ror a distance or
seventy-five (75) .feet in a. southeasterly
direction.
(2) That the setback line on the northeasterly
side of High Street, begf~ng at the north
we~lterly line of N~eva.ds. .AveDue, be C:tle.nged
from S"i.Xteen {16) :f'eet to eleven (11) feet
for a dista-nce of 137.67 feet in a n::>rth
ve::lterly direction to thEl southeaste:rly line
of California Avenue,
The City Clerk is di:rec:ted tc' po.st a cop~r of this
ordinance upon the bulletin board at the· Ci~ Hall, and the
change of setback line shall 'be i.n.dica.ted u:pon the aetback
line map.
The above and foregoing ord1ne.nc4~ was duly and
regularly introduced at a. regular meeting o~~ the Cotm.c11 of
the City 1:'f Palo Alto held on Monday, the lJtth day C)f Ap:x-11,
