The Cou.."'lcil of the City of Palo Alto DO OR;DADf as follows: That Section 1228 of Codifi,ed O:rdins.nce Num.ber Four be amended to read as follows: Section 1228 .. Redemption of Prop~~rty Sold fc·r Taxes {Penalties Pa~rable').
