SOLD F'OR TAXES.
The Cou.."'lcil of the City of Palo Alto DO OR;DADf as follows:
That Section 1228 of Codifi,ed O:rdins.nce Num.ber Four be
amended to read as follows:
Section 1228 .. Redemption of Prop~~rty Sold fc·r Taxes
{Penalties Pa~rable').
In all cas.es where rea.l ests.te h::1.s 'been. sold or me:y here
after be sold to the City for delinque:nt tj=.xe~, ar.~d the City has
not disposed of the sam.e, the person '\'\!hose est;e.te has been or
may hereafter be sold, his heirs, exec:utor:3, ~&nin1str·:a.tors, or
other successors in in·terest shall, at. any t1xne after the same
has been sold to the City, and before the Gity sh!dl have dis
posed of the se.."''l.e, have the right to redeem such l:'ea.l estate by
paying to the City the amount of taxes, pel:'lalties for delinquency,
and costs du.e thereon at the time of s·uch ;ss.lEr; smd also all.
