ORDINANCE ABOLISHJ~G NO-PARKING AREA
The Council of the City of p·alo .Uto DO ORDAIN as follows:
That the no-:park1ng area on the northeasterly
side of Middlefield Roe.d ir.~ front of the Walter Hays School
in the City of Palo Alt,:> ?e and the same is hereby abolished.
The Chief of Polic6 is hereby directed to cause all
signs and mar.kings to b~~ re,moved from the site of this
no~parking area.
The above and fcregoing ordinance was duly and
regularly introduced at a regular meeting of the Council
of the City of Palo Alt() held on Mon.day, the 19th day of
February, .1940, and on 1;he same date all rules were 11'8.1ved
and the ordinance was adopted as an emergency ordinance by
the following vote:
