ORDINANCE CFANGING SETBACK LINE
The Counc,il. of the City of Palo Alto DO ORDA:a as follow~:
That, upon reco:::rll!lendation of the Pl~n:r:Ling Commissmn,
·the following change in setback line is hereb~ orderedz
That the setta.ck line on the so1.:.thwesterly
side of Kipling Street be c~~nged !rem
fifteen (15) feet to ten (10) feet for a
distance of n:5.nety (90) feet southeasterly
from Romer Avenue.
The City Clerk is directea. to post a copy of this
ordinance upon the 'bulletin board at ";;he c1.ty ::1e.ll, and the
change of setback 111'!~ shall be indicated upon the s ~-:back line map.
