The Council. of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "Zon1ng Map," is hereby amended by changing the zoning of certain
property adjacent to 1405 Hopkins Avenue from PF (Public Facility
District) to R-1 (Single-family Residence District) as shown on the
map attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A,n and incorporated herein
by referenceo
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that this change will have
no sigrd~ficant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The Co~ncil finds that the rezoning of the above
property-Is"conr;istent.:: with t.he adopted Compn:hensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mencement' of-the thirty-first day after: the day of its passage.
