TO CIVIC CENTER"
WHEREAS, pursuant to the prov1s1ons of Section 12 of
Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council
on June 23, 1980, did adopt a budqet fo:r fiscal year 1980-81;
and
WHEREAS, a pr~ 1 irninary ana 1 ys is of the Civic Center S tr uc

and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to fur
