Spec.ia1 'I'ransp<n-Utti.on Fund is corresponding.ly decreased. SECTION 2. 'l'he Counc i 1 finds th at th is project is categor i ca 11 y exemp1 for the purpose of the California Environmental Quality Act and no environmental assessment is necessary. SEC'l'ION 3. This ordinarice shall become effective imrnediat<~ly as provided in Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and Section 2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
