AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980-Rl TO
PROVIDE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR PALO ALTO'S
~ARTICIPATION IN THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY
LONG-TERM POW EH SUPP LY PROJECTS
WHER2~S, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III

NOW, Tf!EREFOHE, the Coun1~il of the City of Palo Alto ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. The sum of rrwo Hundred 'l'hirl:y-Five Thousand Dollars
($23S,OOO) fB-approp-riated to the Electric Utility Fund .::is follows:
Acquisition and Construction subprogram
-Hydroelect~ic/NCPA $235,000
and the Reserve for Systems Improvement of the Electric Utility Fund is
correspondingly decreased.
SECTION 2. The environmental impact assessment which was previ
ously ~erformed will not be affected by this change.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately as
provided in Section 12 of Article II I of the Charter and Section
2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
