The Health Facility Financing Law is hen:by <"ldOPt:cd <:1s an uncocli f.ied ordin~~nce of the City of Polo l\J to as follows: nHElH~'l'H F'ACILITY FINANCING LAW ARTICLE l. GEN8Rl\L PROVISIONS AND DEf'INI'l'IONS Section 101 TITLE. This chapter may be cited as the City of Palo Alto Health Facility Financing Law. S<:ction 102 PURPOSE. The Council hereby finds and declares that it is necessary, essential, a public purpose and a m11nicipal affair for the City to be authorized to pro­ vide financing to health institutions within the City that provide essential services to residents of the City in order to aid such heA.l th institutions in cop_.+-:tining cos~:: ::::;= the:r.eby to enable such health institutions to establish lower rates and charges than would otherwj.se prevail and to provide better service at such rates and charges.
