ORDINANCE OF TH.E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO .l\LTO
FIXING AN ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-1981 FOR
THE CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 60-8
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied against and 11pon all of
the real property (land and improvements thereon) within the as
sessment district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3363 of Pre
liminary Determina.tion ilnd of Intention, adopted february 26, i96l
(except publicly owned property) , .:1 spec Ld ,c;sse~> smen t in the sum
of $.421 upon each One fhmdred Dollars (S100) of asses::;ed vctlua
tion thereof, for interest and principal installments ~ue on Cali
fornia Avenue District Par~ing Bonds of 1962.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this is not a project
under the Cal 1forn i a E:n'l i ronmen tal Quality Act and, the ref ore 1 no
environmental impact assessment is necess3ry.
SECTION 3. 'rhis ordinance shall beccrr.e effective upon jts
adoptTon.
