The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows;
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of
t.he real property ( 1 and ari(1 improvements tbe re on) within the as
sessment distric~ formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
2650, adopted September 12, 1955 (exclusive of public property in
use in the performance of a public function), a special assessment
in t.he sum of $ .1.65 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of as·
sessed valuationthe.reof t for interest and principal i.nstallments
due on Bond Plan E, California Avenue District Parking Bonds of
195 6.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this is not Q project
under the California Environmental Quality Act andr therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinanc~ shall. be effective upon its adop------tion.
