HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3211\ \ • • OFllGINAL ORDINANCE NO. 3211 0RDINANC~ OF THE COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-80 TO PROVIDE J\.DDITIONAL FUNDING J?OR CAPITAL IMPROVE­ MENT PROJECT NO. 79-65 11ATIASTRADERO ROAD BIKE PATH 11 AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECEIPT OF REVENUE FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 18, 1979, did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1979-SOi and \','HEREN3, Capital Improvemc~nt:. Project 79-65 has been established fer '1i\Lrntra.d12ro Rond Bike Path, 0 which project is a joint agreement between the City of Palo Alto, the Town of Los Altos Hills, and the County of Santa Clara; and \\l!lEREAS, design and engineering features requested by the County of Sa,ntu Clara have increase-1 project costs and. sufficient funds are not available for these added features; and ViHEREAS 1 the Cou .. ty of Sarii:.a Clara has agreed to provide the addi­ tir;inal funds for these added feat\.ires 1 NOi·~ I THBREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol1ows: SECTION l.
