SECTION l. Section J (c) "Structurt:::s" of crdinance No. 1922
is hereby amended to read as foll0ws~

SECTION 2. Sr2ction 3 (e) "Off--street Parking S~:.:ices 11 of

"(e) Off-street Parking Spaces:
A minimum of 243. T~enty-two bicycle Jpaces shall
be provided, six as Class 1 spaces and sixteen as
Class 2 covered spaces.''
SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1992 shall
re.--r.ain in full force and ef feet.
SECTION 4. The Council finds that the adoption of this
ordin2.nce shall have no adverse envirornnentc.i.l impact.
SECTION 5. This ordinZ!.nce shall become effective upon the com
mencement of the thirty-first day fvllowin9 th~ date of its paesage.
