HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3201• • ORDINANCE NO. 3201 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTED BY THE INITIATIVE PROCESS ADDING SECTION 22.08.068 TO CHAPTER 22.08 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE The People of the City of Palo Alto do ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 22 •• 08.068 be added to Chapt~r 22.oe (Park Dedications) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code to read as fol­ lows: ~22.0$~068 Downtown Park North. Th~t certain parcel of land known as Downtown Pa~k North as delineated and described in E~HIBIT A-6.5 attached hereto is het"eby reset:'ved for park~ playground, recreation or conservation purposes." SECTION 2. All provisions of Chapter 22.08 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code shall apply to Section 22.08.068 with the same force ~nd effect as though said section were originally included therein. SECTION 3. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that th!s proJ~ct is categorically exempt from the·requirements of the California F.nv i.:.:onmenta.l. Quality ~.ct and does not require an env i­ ronment?.1 assessment. · SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the commencement of the thirty-first d~y after the day of its passage.
