ORDINANCE UF THE COUNCIL OF THE C,ITY OF PALO ALTO
~NDlNG SEC'l'ION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (TH~ ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE CLASS!FICA~ION OF
PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1176 EMERSON STREET FROM PC TO H-1
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.0~.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "Zoning Map," is hereby amended by changing the zoning of certain
property known as 1176 Emerson Street from PC (Planned Community
District Regulations) to R-1 (Single Family Residence District Regu
lations) as shown on the map attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION '2. 'I'he Council finds that this change will have no
sit:;:P1 if icant acTverse en.vironmenta 1. impact.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above
property 1s co'nsistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 4. '!~his ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mencement of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
