f·1uniclpal-cod'e tv read as follows:
"2. 4 0 ~ 0 50 · Anonymous contribu t~~. . No
person shall make an anc•nymous contr~but~on or
contributions to a candid'-!te, committee, or any
other person totalling $50 or more in a calendar
year. An anonymous contribution between $50
~nd $100 shAll not be kept by the intended recipient
but instead shall be promptly paid to the City
Clerk of the City of Palo Alto for deposit in the
General ~und of this City.•
