ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SEC'I'ION 18.0 8. 040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY KNOi"lN AS 1259 PINE STREET :PROM PF TO R-1
The Cc~ncil of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "Zoning Map," is hereby amended by changing the zoning of certain
property known as 1259 Pine Street from PF (Public Facility District
Regulations) to R-1 (Single Family Residence District Regulations) as
shm·m on the map attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A," and incor
porated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that this change will have
no significa~E adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that the rezon:lng of the above
property is consistent with the adopted Comprehenskve Plan of the
CiLy of Pctlu Alto.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the com
menceme-rr{f 6l" 'the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
