ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTIONS 18.88.0SO(c) ANO 21.04.040 OF
THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1.
(a) Section lB.88.0SO(c) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
"(c) All lots which were merged by the 1977 amendments
to the Subdivision Map Act prior to the adoption of
Chapter 234, Statutes of 1977, 3~e hereby deemed
unmerged. i•
(b) Section 21.04.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
"All lots which were merged by the 1977 arnendments to the
Subdivision Map Act prinr to ele adoption of Chapter 234,
Statutes of 1977, are hereby deemed unmerg~d. 11
(c) Section 21.04.050 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is
hereby r~pealed.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of these
amendments-·wrr1 not have a significant adverse effect on the environment.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective uron the commence
ment of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
