AMEHfHNG THE FJOGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 TO PROVIDE
AN APPROPRIAT[ON FOR LANDFILL GAS RECOVERY SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to tr,e provisions of Section 12 of Artic1~ !II of the
Chart~r of the City of Palo Alto. the Council on June 22. 1981 did adopt a budy~t
for fiscal ytar 1987-88; and

SECTION 2. The Council finds that this is not a project for purposes of the
Ca 1 ifornia: En vi ronmenta 1 Qua 1i ty Act and, therefore, no ~nvi ronmenta 1 impact
assess ... ~11t is necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall bt!co.-ne effecthe immediately as provided in
Sl!c~ion 12 of Article III of the Charter and Section 2.04.375 of th~ Palo Alto
Municipal Code.
