ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SEC·TION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION

REVIEW COMBINING DISTRICT (D)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the "Zoning Map," is hereby a1n.ended by changing the zoning
of the Arastradero Preserve from Open Space (OS) to Public
Facilities (PF) Site and Design Review Combining Distrirt (D) as
shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above
property is consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Pule Alto.
SECTION 3. The Counci 1 hereby finds that this chawJe will
have no significant adverse envi~onmental in~act; as reflected in
the negative declaration approved for the Arastradero Preserve
Master Plan on July 23, 1984.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
commenc:ement of the thirty-first day after the day of its
passagtl.
