ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIP~L CODE \THE ~ONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1755

The cour,eil of the City of Palo Alto does O~DAIN as follows;
SEC'fiON 1. SE!ction 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the •zoning Map,« is hereby amended by changing the zoning
of the property known as 1755 Emba~cadero Road from PF (Public
Facilities District) to LM-l(D) (Limited Industrial/Research Park
Site Combining District/Site and Oesign Revie'Ji Combining District)
as shown on the map attached her~to, marked Exhibit ~A• and
incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The C<nmcil finds that the rezoning of the above
pcoperty 1s consistent with the adopted Corttprehensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change will
have no significant adverse envi~onmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
com•ence~ent of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
