This ter~ includes, but is not limited to, nursery schools, preschools, and similar facilities. (ii) "Small family day care home" means a home which provides faeily clay care to six or fewer children, including children under age 18 who reside at the home. This term includes, but is not limited to, nursery schools, preschools, and similar facilities. (b) •Adult day care home• means use of .a dwelling unit or portion thereof, licensed by the state or county, for oayti•e care and supervision of 12 or fewer persons, above the age of 18, and includes the following: (i) •t.arge adult day care home• rneans a home which provides day time Qare of 7 to 12 adults. (ii) •small adult day care home" means a home which provides day time care of six or fewer adults. No such sign shall exceed five square feet in ~rea. SECTION 27. Any development project, which obtained a reco• mendation for appt"oval of the Architectural Review Board pursuant to chapter 16. 48 on or before the effective date of this ordi nance, or if a development project is not subject to ch~pter 16.48 but has applied for a building peLeit and the application has been deemed complete on or before the effective date of this ordinance, shall be allowed to be developed in accordance with the regu lations in effect prior ta the adoption of this ordinance, provided that such project doaplies with all other applicable laws and regulations. · SECTJC~ 28. The C~Jncil hereby finds that none of the pro visionsort'Ri$ ordi<a«nce will have a significant ~nvironmental impact. SECTION 29.
