CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 2370 WATSON
COURT FROM PC TO LM(b)(3)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows a
SECTION 1. Section 18 .. 08.040 of the Pa.J.o Alto Municip~l
Code, the •zoning Map," is hereby amended by changing the zoning
of the property known as 2370 Watson Court f::-om PC {Plann"d
Community District) to LM(D)(3) (Limited Manufacturin9 District)
with {Site and Design Combining District), as shown on th., map
attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and incorporated het:ein by this
reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the abov~
properttes 1s consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council he~eby finds that this chango will
have no s1gn1ficant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
commencement of the thirty-first day after the d~y of its
passage.
