ORDINANCE OF. THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
N-IENOING lHE BUOGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 TO PROVIDE
AN APPROPRIATIOH FOR. CAPITAL .IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 86-46
"CITY MANAGER'S HOUSING ASSISTANCE"
WHEREAS. pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Articie III of the
Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council !)n June 23., 1986 did adopt a budget
for fiscal year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS. on September l7, 1984 tile Council did establish Capita 1 Improvement
Project No. 84.,·50 for the City Manager's Housing Assistance.
WHEREAS, the Council wfll allow the City Manager to refinance his e~isting
loan and exercise the additional loan provision of his housing assistance
prograM; and
NOW, THEREFORE~ the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as
·follows:
SECTION 1. Capital lJt~Proven~entProjectNo. 86·46 is hereby established for
the wCfty Manager's Housing Assistance".
SECTION 2. The st.111 of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000) is hereby
appropriated to the capf tal Improvement Project No. 86-46 "City Manager's Housing
Assistance" and the Reserve for tapi tal Pr~jects is correspondingly decreased •.
SECTION 3. The Council finds .t.hat this is not a project for purposes of the
California Environ.ental Quality ~t ~net, therefore, no environmental impact
asses~nt f s neces$ary.
SECTION 4. TMs ordinance shaH become effecti.ve innediately as prov.fded in
Section tz of Article I II of the Charter and Section 2 .04. 375 of the Palo Alto
Munici pa 1 Code.
