AMENDING SECTION 18 .. 08.040 OF THE PAL.O ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE (1."HE ZONING fllAP) to CHANGE nJE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION OF ntE PROPERTY: KN0Wt1 AS 529 SRYANT
STREET FROM PF TO CD-C(P)(GF}
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SEC'fZON 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the •zoning ~ap," is hereby amended by changing the zoning
of the property ~nown as 529 Bryant Street from PF (Public
Facility District) to CD-C(P)(GF} (Commercial Downtown Dist.rict -
Community {Pedestr-ian and Ground Floor Combining Districts]) , as
shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit ~A· and incorpo
rated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the re~oning of the ab:>ve
property lS consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The COutlCil hereby finds that this change will
have no significant advet·se environmental! impact,.
SECTION 4. This ocdinance shall becon~e •-effective upon the
co~mence•ent of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
