AMENDING SECTION. .. 18.08.040 OF· THE PALO ·ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO MODIFY PC DISTRICT 1643 FOR
PROPERTY t<NOWN AS 1161 EMBARCADERO ROAD
The Council of the City of Palo\Alto does ORDAIN as foltow:s,:
SECTION l• . section 18.08 .. o4o of the Palo Alto Municipal Code{' t'h.e, ·
"Zoning Map," is hereby amended by modification of PC District 1643 for.·' ··· ·
property known as 1161 Embarcader6 Road. Said property is sh6wri ~~a
map attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference~
SECTION 2. The City Counc i 1 hereby finds, with respect to the
subject property, that:

tical to the existing use, and the site is located
next to a neighborhood suopping center and small
office building and is located near a major freeway
access. Provisions have been incorporated into the
proposed project to minimize the potential nuisance
of night-t.ime noise ,arid light glare which may be
experienced by adjacent residents located <J.cross
