AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE DATA SERVICES PROGRAM OF THE ELECTRIC UTILITY AND TO PROVIDE FOR RECEIPT OF REVENUE FROM THE AMERICAN PUBLIC POWER ASSOCIATION WHEREAS~ pursuant to the provi~ions of Section 12 of Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 23; 1986 did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1986-87; and WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto has been requested by the .American Public Power Association to perform site testing of 11Power Manager~~, a microco"rl!ter software package; and WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto has been awarded funding from the American Public Power Association to perform such site testing; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as fo 11 ows: SECTION 1. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) is appronria~ed to Professional Services of the Data Services Prcgram of the Electric Utility and estimated revenue is correspondingly increased to reflect the receipt of revenue from the American Publ1c Power Association. SECTION 2. The Council finds that this project is categorically exempt tor purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act and no environmental assessment is necessa~y. SECTION 3.
