AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO
MUNICil>AL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE 'mE
CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS
WAVERLEY STREET fROM R-1{929) TO PF
ALTO

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the "Zoning Map,"' is hereby amended by chantJing the zoning
of the property known as 1431 waverley Street from R-1(929)
(Single Pamily Residence District) to PF (Public Facilities
District), as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit A
and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that th& r~zoning of the above
properties is consistent with th~ adopted Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby t:inds that this change will
have no significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4~ This ordinance shall becol'le erfective upon the
commencement of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
