ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18. 08. 040 OF THE PALO AL'i'O
MUNICIPAL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE
ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS
301 CAMBRIDGE AVENUE FROM PF TO CC-2
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the ~zoning Map, N is hereby amended by changing the zoning
of the property known as 301 Cambridge Avenue from PF (Public
Facility District) to CC-2 (Community Commercial District), as
shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and
incot:porated herein by this .r..·eference.
SECTION 2. The Counc i 1 finds that the rezoning of the above
property is consistent with the adopted Compr0hensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby findr:~ that this chan9e will
have no significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4. 1'his ordinance shall beccme effective upon the
conur.encement of the thirty-first dny ofter the day of its passage.
