ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF 1"HE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE WE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION OF PORTlONS OF TH£ PROPERTY KNOWN AS
3120 STOCKTON PLACE (FORMER DeANZA SCHOOL SITE)
FROM R-2 TO R-1 AND FROM R-1 TO ft-2
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 ot the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the "Zoning Map, • is hereby ru"'lended by changing the zoning
of portions of the property known a.s 3120 Stockton Place {formt!r

R-1 (Single-Family Residence District) and from R-1 (Single-Family
Residence District) to R-2 (Two-Family Residen,;e District), as
shown on the map attached hereto, m<:n.·ked Exhibit "A" and incorp<.')
rated herein by th;s reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the t:ezoning of the above
property is consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change will
have 00 signfricant adversE: envit.·onmental impact.
SECTION 4. This oL·dinance shal.l become effective upon the
commencement o1 the thirty-first day after the day of its pi'S sage.
