ORDINANCE OF 'mE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of-' PALO AI.TO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO
MUNICIPAL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION OF PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS
3 5 30 ROSS ROAD (FORMER ROSS ROAD SCHOOL SITE) FROM
R-2 TO R-1(743) AND FROM R-1(743) TO R-2
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION .\. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, the "Zordng Map, a is he!:eby amended by changing th€' zoning
of portions of the pt:ope~:ty known as 3530 Ross Road (former.: Ross
Road School Site) from R-2 (T'ttO-Farnily Residence Distt·ict) to
R-1(743} (Single-Family Residence District) and f~om R-1(743)
(Single-Family Residence Distt:ic:t} to R-2 (Two-Family .Residence
Dist~ict), as shown on the map attached hereto~ marked Exhibit "A•
and incorporated herein hy this refe!:ence.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above
property is consistent with the adopted Comprehen~ive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Counc i 1 hereby finds that this change will
have no significant artve~se environmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the
