ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO.
""ENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICI
PAL CODE (THE ZONING AAP) TO CHANGE THE ZONE
CLASSIFICATION Of THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 170, 174
AND 180 ~ROE DRIVE FROM R-1 (929) TO R-1 (743)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
•zoning Map,• is hereby ~-nended by changing the zoning of the property
kno'tffl as 170, 11.a and 180 Mont·oe Drive from R-1(929) (Special Residen
tial CoP.'bining District) to R-1(743) {Sp~cial Residential Combining
District} as shown the the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit •A"' rmd
i~corporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
erty is consistent with the adopted Cornprehensive Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change will have no
sign if ic ant ad'\•erse environ menta 1 impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mence.ent of t.he thtrty-fir.st day after the day of its p.;tssage.
