WHEREAS, pursuant to the k_}rovisions of Section 12 of ArticlE· II·t
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 24, 1985,

WHEREAS, Capital Improvement Project No. 85-13 has been estab
lished for the Library Computeri?.ation Project; and
·WHEREAS 1 the initial amount of funds allocated are insufficient to
complete the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Coun;cil of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as fullows: ·
