did adopt a budget for: fiscal year 1985-86~ and
WHEREAS, Capital llllprovement P:t:oject No. 84-30 has been estab
lished for Arastra Parking Lot; and
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1985, a wild land fire. destroyed fencing and .•.
an equestrian bridge on the Arastra Parkt and
WHEREAS, replacellent of thio fencing a!~~ equestrian bric~e can be
perforaed as part of the Ara!3ti:a Parking .Lot: project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto doe$ ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1. The sua of Thirty-six :rhousand Dollars is appropriated
to Capital laproveiltent Project No. 84-30 "Ar~scra .Parking Lot" and .. the
Reserve for Capital Projec~s is correspondingly decreased.
