WHEREAS,. the . City Counc i 1· wishes to extend Ordinanc·e No. 3502.
regarding off-stree.t parking and loading re(J_ulatioi).S in the dOwntown·· :·~,
area to cOincide with the expiration of the development noratoria1
NOW, THEREFORE, the Counc i 1 of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1.
read:
Sectton 7 of Ordinance No. 3502 is hereby amended to
•sECii0N 7. Unless the Council adopts an
or.dinance to extend, modify, or amend the provi
sions of this ordinance, the additions, amendments,
and deletion• of the Palo Alto Municipal Code con
tained in Sect ions 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Ordinance No.
3502 shall be: repealed without fuJ:'ther action of
the Council at midnight, May 27, 1986.
