FIXING AN ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
THE CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISCTRICT OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 55-5
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does OR.DAl~ as follows:

SECTION 1. Th;t:.re is hereby levied against and upon all of the
real property (land and iaproveaeo.ts thereon) vithh1 the assessaent
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Int:enti.on No. 265!'1 adopted
September 12, 1955 {exclusb~e of pllblic property in use in the perfor
mance of a public function), a spe.c1,al asseasaen.t in the sua of ~ .. 0424
upon each One Hundred Dollars (:-;100) of full c:ash valuation thereof,
for interest and principal lnstallaents due on Bond Plan E, California
Avenue District Parking Bonds of 1956.
SECTION .2. The Council finds that this is not a project under the .
California !nvironaental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ.eotal
impact assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3·. This ordinance sball be effective upon ita adoption.
