HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 3619,: 'I ORDINANCE NO. 3619 ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING SECTION 12.16. 020 OF CHAPTER 12.16 OF TITLE 12 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL COOB Bt ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 28 The Council of the Ci~.y of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follovs: WHEREAS, this Council did, on March 4, 1985, adopt its Resolution No. 6356 of Intention to Amend Section 12.16.020 of Chapter 12.16 of Title 12 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code by Establishing Underground Utility District No. 28 in said C.ity and by said Resolution appointed Mond~y, the 20th day of May 1985, at the hour of ?:30 o'clock P·•· in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California, as the time and place of hearing protests and receiving evidence for and against said proposed action and directing notiee~ WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and place thet'$in stated in the marm~r provided by law, as appears from the affidavits on file in the office of the City Clerk1 WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearing at the time therein fixed: and WHEREAS, all written protests and other written co-.anicationa were publicly reacj at, said meeting and evidence duly taken and all persons desiring to be heard were fully neardJ NOW, THEREFORE, IT :J,:S FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: SECTION 1. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the expiration of ·thirty ( 30) days from its passage.
