Section 9.14.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 9.14.010 DefinitiOGS. SECTION 2. Section 9.14,060 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code hereby amended to read as follows: 9.14.010 s.okiag probibited-a.t.iag e8.t.ab­ list.ents. The employer: shall define the term •lounge" in its smoking policy. SECTION 4. The Council finds that none of the provisions of this ordinance Wlll have a significant environmental intpact. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall becor~e effective upon the co.­ mencement of-the thit'ty-first day after the qay of its passa9e.
