fiCATION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 3801 EAST BAYSHORE
ROAD FROM PC TO LM(l)(D)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Sectio~ 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
•zo~inq Map,• is he~eby amended by changing the zoning of the property
!<.:10w:1 as 38tH cd.St iiayshore Road from PC ( Planneti Community District)
to LM(l)(D) (Limit~d Indust~ial Site Combini~g District 1 and Site and
Desi'-J:1 Revie'~ Combi~ing District}, as shown the the map attached here
to, marked Exhibil •A• and incorpo~ated herein by this refere~ce.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
erty isconsiste~t ¥~~ith the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this zoning change will
have .~c siqni f icant adve::se e:1vironmental .:.mpact.
SECTION 4. This ordi!"'lance shall become effective upon the com
mencement of the thirty-first day afte~ the day of its passage.
