ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY' Or' PALO ALTO
AMENDING CHAPTER 2.32 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2.32.020 of Chapter 2.32 of Title 2 of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Rate. The r·ate of sales tax and use tax
imposed by this chapter shall be one percent (1%)."
