ORDINANCE OF TH~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDG.BT f'OR THE f'ISCAL YEAR 1984-85 'fO
PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 83-02 "FOOTHILLS FIRE
FACILITY"
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 25, 1984,
did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1984-85r and

WHEREAS, the design change requires additional funding related to

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City ot Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as follows:

SECTION 2. An environmental assessment has been made and the pro
ject has recefved a negative deL~aration.
SEC'riON 3. 'rhis or:·dinance shall become effecti·.•e immediately as
provided in Section 12 of Article I I 1 of the Charter and Section
2.U4.375 ~f the P~lo Alto Municipal Code.
