WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 12 of Article III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Counc i 1 on ,June 25, 1984,
did adopt a budget for fiscal yea~ 1984-~5, and

and the Reserve for Capital Projects is correspondinyly dec~eased.

purposes of the California Envi~onmental Quality Act and no
environmental assessment is necessary.
