OISESTA6LISHING A PARKING AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA
KNOWN AS THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA BSTABLISHED
PURSUANT TO PART 6 OF DIVISION 18 OF THE CALifo'ORNIA
STREETS AND HIGtiWAYS CODE AND REPEALING CHAPTER 13.24
OF THE PALO ALTO ~UNICIPAL CODE
WHE~E~~, on November 5, 1984, the council adopted Resolution 6327
giving notice of its intention to dissolve a parking and business
improvement area in the downtown area of Palo Alto: and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing, duly noticed and
council has decided to disestablish the downtown business
area of Palo Alto~

Improvement Area is hereby disestablished pursuant to said provisions
of the Ca.lifornia St~eets and Highways Code.
