WHEREAS, the zoning title of the ~Jlo Alto Municipal Code is

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto do~s ORDAIN
as follows:
SECT ION 1. sect ion 18 .12. 070 (a) [R-1 Dis tr ict--Spec i al Requ i r~
ment::; J of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to r.ead:
(a) Professional and medical office uses
existing on the effective date of this section and
